The Save West Byfleet Recreation Ground’ Campaign Group have now submitted a complaint to the Charity Commission on behalf of the stakeholders of West Byfleet Recreation Ground about the failure of Woking Borough Council to properly fulfil its legal duties as sole trustee of the Recreation Ground Charity. Broadoaks given planning approval by WBC
Following the submission of updated plans for the Broadoaks site the planning application was given approval at the recent WBC planning committee meeting held on the 24th July. This will be subject to sign of from the secretary of state and final approval should allow for work to start in October 2018.
