Following an independent examination of the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan and the receipt of the Examiner’s Report, the Council at its meeting on 20 July 2017 decided that subject to the Examiner’s proposed specific modifications, the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan should proceed to referendum. We are pleased to announce that Woking Borough Council have formally confirmed that the Council at its meeting on 6 April 2017 approved the recommendation to submit the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan to the Examiner for Examination. Consequently, they have confirmed that the documents have been submitted to the Examiner.
