Further to submitting the West Byfleet Neighbourhood plan to Woking Borough Council it was noted that some of the policies had been amended since the June 2016 version of the plan was submitted for a SEA/HRA/EIA Screening Dertimination.
Please click here to view the letter from Woking Borough Council confirming their conclusion that these changes do not alter the decision made in the September 2016 Screening Opinion and that a SEA, HRA or EIA are not required.
