West Byfleet Neighbourhood development Plan – Examiner’s Report
Following an independent examination of the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan, the Council received the Examiner’s Report on 18 May 2017. The Examiner has recommended that subject to his specified modifications the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan meets the basic conditions and other statutory requirements to proceed to a local referendum based on the Neighbourhood Area designated by the Council. The report will be considered by the Council this summer and local residents will be notified of the Council’s decision and the next stages of the process in due course. When the Neighbourhood Plan is adopted, it will form part of the development plan for the area to be taken into account in planning decisions affecting the Neighbourhood Area.
