Broadoaks Public Consultation 5th March 2 – 7 p.m. Phoenix House, Pyrford Road [ building on the corner of Pyrford Road and Rosemount Avenue ] West Byfleet
“The owner of Broadoaks, is intending to submit a new, revised planning application. It will include an 80 bed care home, offices, a conversion of a building to 75 assisted living apartments, three new buildings with 18 affordable homes in each, making 54 and elsewhere on the site 122 homes for private sale, comprising detached, semi-detached and terraced houses and apartments.”

I am writing to inform you that a Public Consultation will be held on Monday 5th March at Phoenix House, Pyrford Road, West Byfleet between 2.00pm & 7.00pm where our draft Planning Application proposals for Broadoaks will be on display with members of the development team available to answer any questions you may have.
We intend to submit a revised detailed Planning Application at the end of March for the Broadoaks site which will include a new use for the existing Sherwood House building.
I do hope you are able to call into the Exhibition at some time during the afternoon/early evening on the 5th March and look forward to showing and explaining to you our revised proposals for the comprehensive redevelopment of Broadoaks.
This is an open invitation to all local residents so please feel free to inform your friends and neighbours that this consultation is taking place.
