Potential Redevelopment of West Byfleet District Centre – Public Consultation

As you are aware, West Byfleet District Centre – including the empty office block known as Sheer House – was purchased last year.

Altitude, the Development Manager, believes this site presents a unique opportunity to create a vibrant mixed use development with the potential for new public realm that could provide a focus for the village and tie the site into the surrounding area.

A series of ‘workshops’ earlier this year prompted some very valuable feedback and the development team has now progressed the proposals to a stage at which the various options will be ready to be displayed at a public consultation in May.
