Recently we submitted the West Byfleet Neighbourhood plan to Woking Borough Council in relation to the West Byfleet Neighbourhood Plan and the potential requirements for Strategic Environment Assessment and/or Habitats Regulations Assessment and/or Environmental Impact Assessment.
