Sheer House – Planning Refused!
The planning application to build three storeys of flats above the existing shops at the Lavender Park Road end of the site has been refused by Woking Borough Council.

Sheer House – Planning Update
The developer has withdrawn two of three planning applications for Sheer House, leaving one application for permission to build three storeys of flats above shops at the Lavender Park Road end of the site, i.e above shops such as Curchods, HSBC and Haweli.
