NCIL stands for “Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Levy”
It is the West Byfleet residents share of a levy payable on new housing development.
It is to be spent in West Byfleet on projects decided by residents and local organisations.
It is co-ordinated by our local Councillors.
The Forum consulted with residents when making our Plan and has put together a Local 123 List of suggestions received from you.
We have a very large housing development taking place in West Byfleet at the moment, Broadoaks Park.
The current balance of NCIL to be spent in West Byfleet is around £380,000.
We are now publishing an abridged version of the Local 123 List prepared by the Forum after consultation with residents.
